Bridget is a young professional based in Boston with a passion for marketing and sales in the energy industry. She currently works at PowerAdvocate, a Verisk company which provides market, cost, and spend intelligence to energy companies. At PowerAdvocate, Bridget works a dual role in sales and marketing targeting North American Utilities and Canadian Oil & Gas companies.
Prior to PowerAdvocate, she worked in business development at Constellation, an Exelon company. She also serves on the Newsletter and Social Media Committees for New England Women in Energy and the Environment (NEWIEE). Bridget holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Kamal is an Associate with Spring Lane Capital, responsible for origination, due diligence, structuring, execution and monitoring of investments. Prior to joining Spring Lane, Kamal was an Analyst with Capital One in New York, working on tax equity investments ranging from utility-scale wind farms to residential solar portfolios. He was responsible for due diligence, structuring, execution and portfolio management. Before this, Kamal was a Financial Analyst with Kenyon Energy, a commercial solar developer, where he focused on M&A, project finance and corporate budgeting. Rahul is a young professional based in Boston with an interest in sustainable materials development, everything from energy storage to additive manufacturing. He currently works at 3D Fortify, Inc., a 3D printing startup creating engineering solutions by leveraging fiber reinforced additive manufacturing. At Fortify, Rahul works as a chemist on the materials development team exploring novel composites, fibers, and surface chemistries to improve material properties of the 3D prints.
Prior to Fortify, he worked as a project engineer on the Model 3 Battery Module team at the Tesla Gigafactory, helping ramp production and bringing new battery prototypes to market on the New Product Introduction team. Rahul holds a masters degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University.

Blair Allen is the Strategy and Operations Manager for Genscape’s Power vertical. He works with the Managing Director of Power to manage the group’s global portfolio of products serving electricity markets, ranging from proprietary data solutions to SAS modeling tools. He helps to define and execute product development strategies, explore partnership opportunities, run financial models, and conduct market analysis. Most recently, Blair was asked to manage and grow Genscape’s Solar Data product, a unique dataset that includes real-time, monitored production from Behind-the-Meter solar generation in the U.S.
Prior to this role, Blair worked as a Senior Power Market Analyst for Genscape’s Market Intelligence team, creating congestion and price forecasts for the Midcontinent ISO’s Day-Ahead, Real-Time, and Month-Ahead markets. He worked with utilities, banks, generation companies, co-ops, and small speculative traders on a daily basis helping them manage their physical and financial exposure to the markets. Blair graduated from Bucknell University in 2011.

Jim is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has spent the last five years developing alternative fuel technologies, including both biofuels and hydrogen for use in PEM fuel cells. Prior to that he consulted for clients in a wide range of industries investigating fires and explosions and working to prevent future incidents by improving industrial chemical process safety. He received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, where his doctoral research focused on synthetic transportation fuel technology. Mathew is an Analyst at Cadmus who supports renewable energy market development and international climate energy projects. He works on topics including real-time energy management, community solar initiatives, renewable energy planning and electricity modeling. Mathew is also interested in following new developments in climate policy, carbon pricing, and climate finance.
Prior to Cadmus, Mathew has engaged with environment and energy issues from different sectors including multilateral development banks, international nonprofits, and MA state government. He has a Bachelors from Tufts University in International Relations and Environmental Studies, and a Masters in International Environment and Resource Policy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
