As part of YPE China's mission led by Scott Hou, Shanghai Chapter is kicked off in Ye Shanghai on July 5th, 2009. YPE China - Shanghai Chapter is the second chapter in China after the YPE China - Beijing Chapter first kicked off in Beijing in 2008. Alexandra Pribilovics is appointed as the Director of Shanghai to lead YPE China's mission there.
