Scott Hou launched the YPE China Chapter with a Kick-off Happy Hour in Beijing, China on June 18th, 2008. During dinner, representatives from more than 15 organizations have participated the event with a diverse background coming from producers, services companies, staffing companies, foreign government, and news media. Not ready for the evening to end, the participants proceeded to enjoy Karaoke singing together after the dinner. The growth in China has been well document and this boom has driven energy demand worldwide. This type of economy boom is unprecedented and has created tremendous excitement in the country as a whole, as well as in the energy industry. YPE is pleased to have entered China and this represents a proud milestone for YPE. Scott Hou, YPE Director of China, will be leading the way in building out YPE's mission in China.
