Corporate Strategy Analyst

The Corporate Strategy Analyst will work directly with Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance on strategic assignments in support of existing transactions and new business development. The individual will perform assigned duties, including but not limited to: due diligence, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research and presentation development. One to two years of investment banking experience with exposure to exploration and production is required. The individual will also follow all risk related practices and policies.
Key Functions to include support of:
- Business Development (M&A Analyses)
- Operational and Project Analytics
- Investor Relations
- Credit Management and Relations
- Treasury Management
- Hedging Analytics and Execution
- Liaise with all other functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Land Management, etc.) in support of analytical assumptions for analysis
One to two years of investment banking experience with exposure to exploration and production is required.
