YPE Oklahoma City

Hayley is a reservoir analytics engineer at the Baker Hughes Energy Innovation Center. Her experience is in large scale data analytics and algorithm development, with an emphasis in reservoir data. Since joining Baker Hughes in 2016, Hayley has had the opportunity to rotate between product lines and technology development, gaining experience in new product innovation, statistical analysis, and reservoir analytics development. These opportunities have led her to her current role where she works with geoscientists and digital experts to turn technical requirements into functional prototype algorithms, providing optimized solutions to customer problems.

Hayley holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University and an M.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology. This is Hayley’s second year to serve on the Leadership Team and she is excited to contribute to such a great organization for another year.

Charles “Tre” Watson is currently an energy market operator at Oklahoma Gas and Electric (OG&E) in Oklahoma City. His work is primarily focused on monitoring and coordinating real time dispatch of power generation facilities. Prior to working in market operations, Tre was an associate accountant working with financial reporting at OG&E. 

Tre is originally from the Maryland area. When he was in middle school, his family moved back to Oklahoma where he went on to graduate from high school. This led him to attend and graduate from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting and finance. Tre joined YPE – OKC in hopes of new networking opportunities and to gain and learn from new colleagues in the energy industry.

Josh is a motivated Account Manager for Energy and Environmental Services. His work is primarily focused in the Midcontinent and Permian Basin supplying both production and stimulation chemistries. Before working with Energy and Environmental Services, Josh spent over four years with Schlumberger in their cement and stimulation department.

Josh is a born and bred Sooner and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma. Josh joined the YPE in 2019 and is excited to be a part of the team.

Alyssa Gillette is an associate at Hall Estill who practices in the areas of energy, environmental and litigation. She assists clients in a variety of matters.

Alyssa graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Dean’s Scholar and first in her class. During law school, she served as an intern for the U.S. Army JAG Corps, completed an externship with the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office and served as a judicial assistant in the Oklahoma Supreme Court. She also received the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Outstanding Senior Law Student award and the OCU School of Law’s Outstanding Law Student award.

She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University where she graduated summa cum laude.

Tayler is a Public Relations Representative at Continental Resources. Her current responsibilities include assisting in driving Continental’s student and field engagement strategies, processes, and overall efforts. In addition, Tayler also assists the Public Relations team with community relations, industry advocacy, and organization wide events. Tayler began her career at Continental as an intern assisting with college recruiting then proceeded to join the Public Relations team shortly after. Tayler also serves on Continental’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee.

Tayler holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma as well as a M.S. in Human Resource Studies. This is Tayler’s first year to serve on the Leadership Team and she is excited to contribute to such a great organization.

Connor is a Reservoir Engineer for Ascent Resources. He is responsible for optimizing production and recovery rates by analyzing and evaluating subsurface reservoir data. He also conducts reserves estimation and economic evaluations for Ascent’s Ohio Utica Shale position.

Prior to joining the Reservoir Engineering team, Connor held various Operations Engineering roles at Ascent in both Ohio and Oklahoma City. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the company’s operations and processes.

Connor holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is also an active member of SPE.
