Join us for our August DEN Talk on August 10th. Beers will be provided in a conversation with producer and director Adam Stielstra and executive producer Bill Butler who created the docuseries The Energy Dilemma. Adam and Bill are entrepreneurial storytellers, capturing the views of North America’s most influential energy leaders. They ask questions and gather answers for the layperson, the student, the activist, the corporate executive, and others. They are not journalists. They are curious storytellers.
Their series, The Energy Dilemma, is about energy production, consumption, and transition, geared for the layperson. It's an entertaining and evocative docu-series to help people better understand energy: where it comes from, how it’s produced, how it’s consumed, and where our world’s future of energy is heading.
Adam Steilstra
Adam Stielstra combines his passion for filmmaking and cultural subjects to create impactful and engaging visual stories. With over 25 years of experience in storytelling, Adam pursues helping devise the most impactful ways to tell stories that help the world.
Adam has been recognized with multiple awards and nominations for his work, including two Emmy nominations, a Platinum Telly, a Platinum MarCom, and a Gold Communicator. Adam also co-created the internationally acclaimed Nooma film series featuring Rob Bell (over 10 million sold).
Bill Butler
Bill Butler is a technology entrepreneur with a passion for earth sciences and energy.
