Our featured speaker will be Rick Farmer of Fulbright & Jaworski.  With more than 30 years of legal experience, Rick's practice encompasses almost every aspect of the energy and infrastructure businesses. Rick joined the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. as a partner in 2008, where he works with the firm's Energy and Infrastructure practice group. He focuses his practice on project development, acquisition and finance, as well as on public and private partnerships and international privatizations.

Rick currently serves as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association's Power Law Committee and is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Peruvian American Business Council.  He is also past Chair of the International Bar Association's Electricity Law Committee - Section on Energy and Natural Resources (2001 - 2004) and Utility Law Committee (1994 - 1998).
