Description
Mineral management company in Plano, TX seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the oil & gas industry to join our team and help keep our fast-paced office running efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 1 year of administrative experience within an Oil & Gas company land department.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine office duties which include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, routing incoming/outgoing mail, copying, filing, and scanning.
- Make all travel arrangements for office personnel and manage and maintain supply room.
- Manage expense reports and calendar management.
- Put together and mail out marketing material packages.
- Record mineral deeds, create mineral purchase reports, organize title documents, and data entry into land management system.

Job Requirements

Experience
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem solving a necessity.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
- 1 + years experience in a professional setting (experience within Oil & Gas industry is required)
- Previous experience within a land department of an Oil & Gas company will be given preference.
