services the Oil & Gas industry. 
Even though our physical locations are limited, we work extensively throughout
the country and the Gulf of Mexico, on a regular basis. Our team of consultants offers 24 hour
Spill/Emergency Management assistance as well as proactive services such as
plan writing, drill facilitation, training, due diligence, and overall compliance

Job Description

ES and H is currently seeking an account representative to
be an integral addition to our sales team in Houston, TX, for our Consulting
& Training Group. The individual
will meet with established clients on a day to day basis to retain their
business, accommodate to their ongoing needs, and strive for a continued growing
business relationship. They will further
make cold calls in attempt to obtain new business from leads provided and
discovered. Additional duties include
representing ES&H at industry functions, networking opportunities,
conferences, sporting events, golf tournaments, in command posts and assisting
our consulting team on an as needed basis. 
This is a full time position and the individual will be expected to work
outside regular “9-5” hours on occasion. 
They must also be willing to travel to additional territories, including
(but not limited to): Dallas, San
Antonio, Austin, Midland, Oklahoma, Louisiana, North Dakota, Pennsylvania and

Job Requirements

Experience & Requirements
  • Four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University required
  • Two (2) years of work experience
  • High business acumen as this position focuses on corporate environments
  • Ability to manage the sales process with a large number of accounts: initiate and maintain contact with ongoing follow-up
  • Can effectively work in own environment; self-motivated
  • High organizational/planning skills to manage time effectively to maximize sales
  • Must be energetic and personable
  • Technology proficient in order to: utilize software
    programs (CRM) that serve to plan and document sales activities, ability to use
    and navigate Microsoft Outlook, construct documents using Word, Adobe, Excel,
    as well as constructing and periodically presenting PowerPoint presentations
Education Required:Bachelor's Degree
