FieldLink Account Manager - Job Description


Enbase is a fast-growing oil and gas-focused technology company based in Houston.  We are seeking a high intensity, high capacity individual to serve as the Account Manager and lead sales and business development for FieldLink, our field service automation application.  If you are motivated to help build a business and have significant autonomy and responsibility in an organization, then we hope you will consider joining us. 


The FieldLink Account Manager will be responsible for growing sales and revenues for the Enbase FieldLink product by cultivating strategic partnerships and achieving sales goals for the FieldLink product line. 


  • Acquires new customers from a set of target accounts for Field Link, the Enbase field service automation application
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
  • Manages existing customer accounts and grows / expands business opportunities
  • Manages new customers’ implementation by working with the Enbase project implementation team and by managing customers’ expectations and satisfaction with the implementation process.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or other related fields
  • Minimum two - five years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.  Software sales and oil and gas experience a plus
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer Skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
