OnForce Solar installs solar photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial, and utility scale projects and is responsible for the sale, design, financing, and installation of hundreds of solar energy projects. Job Description: Commercial Business Development Representative OnForce Solar is seeking a responsible and resourceful Commercial Business Development Representative. The candidate will be responsible for commercial sales and business development services. The Representative will be tasked with acquiring new customers, retaining a loyal consumer base, maximizing the customer transaction experience and have a significant impact on OnForce monthly commercial sales performance. The Commercial Business Development Representative will report to the Director of Commercial Sales and support the commercial sales team. Responsibilities: •New business generation and client acquisition •Scheduling and attending customer meetings/site visits •Conducting sales appointments and close new business by delivering OnForce’s value proposition and competitive positioning •Drive improvements to customer experience and increase volume in customer referrals •Provide OnForce and the sales management team with weekly and monthly sales reports •Participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Commercial Sales Requirements: •Be available for a 40+ hour work week •At least five years of experience selling solar or related products to businesses •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp.
