Join NUMARK in a key sales and management role working with partners to establish commercial solar installations focusing in the Washington, DC region. Work from home office or our downtown Washington, DC location. Successful candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain NUMARK relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Develop and maintain NUMARK relationships with installation contractors
  • Negotiate contracts, tailoring NUMARK’s standard contracts to individual project circumstances
  • Oversee installed projects

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years solar industry sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the solar industry, including solar PV system design, installation and operation; state and federal incentives; and financing options
  • Confidence and motivation to educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar
  • Personable and outgoing nature; genuine concern for the customer’s interests
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to climb ladders and move about safely on building rooftops
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Compensation negotiable. Combination of base salary plus commission, or straight commission. Comprehensive benefits available for full-time personnel.
