Responsible for maintaining Databases related to the Company’s ever-evolving suite of more than 40 energy efficiency programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Oversees both routine maintenance as well as annual updates in conjunction with third-party database vendor(s) to ensure timely updates reflective of changes in the field. Ensure that data supporting internal and external reporting and compliance requirements is readily accessible, accurate and securely maintained.
Contribute to the continual improvement of data-related processes to meet department needs. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete entry of data related to energy efficiency programs, including interaction with other data systems related to revenues and expenditures as well as customer data. Support planning and reporting related to a dynamic suite of energy efficiency programs, and ensure strict compliance with internal and external cyber-security standards and protocols. Design and build flexible reports using system specific tools for a variety of use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other analytical field of study, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Excel as well as report-writing software such as Bold Reports.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, self-directed, patient team player.
• Experience with SQL highly preferred.
• Experience with regulated utilities, energy and/or energy efficiency desired but not required.
