Description

We are in search of an analyst with experience in building and maintaining models for biofuels financial credits (Renewable Diesel, Bio Diesel, Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Bio Naphtha, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Ethanol, CA LCFS, US RFS RIN, OR CFS, BC CFS). Capstone analysts are responsible for developing unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis for corporations and investors. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the U.S energy sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least 2 years of experience in energy financial credit modeling. This position can be based in Washington, DC or Houston, TX.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree required
  • High academic achievement
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
