Steer the development and ensure system qualification of residential energy storage systems, enabling the company to establish and ramp up the new business in the US market.


- Responsible to steer product definition and development of energy storage systems.
- Ensure new product designs and improvements within the engineering organization.
- Set and coordinate project goals, milestones and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with engineering leads and managers to provide clear input to the project team
on schedules, issues, and deliverables related to project progress.
- Define and establish processes for system development and quality assurance.
- Communicate engineering requirements between supply chain and purchasing to facilitate material
- Consolidate inputs from across the business units into executive reviews highlighting risks and
- Provide advisory support on market requirements and product applications to other departments in
support of engineering, sales, training and product marketing.
- Prepare and ensure market introduction of the systems, define and ensure after sales maintenance
and services.

- Work with product quality assurance instances and ensure quality reviews and product qualification

- Extensive experience with project management and cross functional business units.




-Master's degree in electric/electronic engineering, computer science or other related fields.


Minimum skills required:


- 5+ years of experience in project management, product development, ideally with multiple residential energy storage systems related products.
- Established track record of managing and delivering multiple simultaneous projects ahead of schedule and maintaining to the highest quality and standards.
- Deep knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software development processes.
- Experience in planning and reviewing activities and vendor management in an multi-tasking and multi sub-project engineering environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex development projects and identify critical elements.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage changing priorities.
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally between engineering, sales, production and supply chain.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory and permitting process for energy storage implementations.
- Ability to interact with remote locations over different time zones and to travel domestically and internationally.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experienced in planning and reviewing energy storage development activities and vendor management in an engineering environment.
- Established track record of managing and delivering projects ahead of schedule and maintaining to the highest quality and standards
