Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) Vancouver Chapter is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our first Virtual Training and Networking Event on July 7, 2020, in conjunction with Capstone Industrial Training Solutions (Capstone).
The topic of this unique event is “Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in BC”, in which Capstone has generously offered to present an overview of the LNG industry and their experiences with trends, training, and opportunities. Following the presentation, Capstone will be happy to take questions from the audience. We will also be hosting a discussion period on the topic following the presentation.
As always, individuals who work, study, or are interested in all facets of the energy industry (hydro, solar, bio-fuels, natural gas, oil, utilities, carbon reduction, sustainability, etc.) are welcome to attend.
YPE’s mission is to facilitate the advancement of young professionals in the energy industry through social and educational events. The desired outcome of YPE is to foster an environment where members can learn from each other’s experiences, share industry knowledge, and discuss career matters. We remain committed to our mission during these unprecedented times, and look forward to hosting in-person events when they are deemed safe to do so by our health authorities.
