Ben Schreiber,
Vice President

Ben Schreiber is a landman and Right of Way Agent in Bismarck, ND. As a landman, Ben has extensive experience with the Bakken play in ND and Montana. Ben has experience with Rocky Mountain plays as well. 

Currently, Ben is the president of Schreiber Properties, LLC, an investment company heavily invested in energy. Under Ben's leadership, Schreiber Properties has grown assets under management 538% in three years. Ben is a member of several organizations and societies, including Mensa, of which he has been a member since 2006. 

In his free time, Ben enjoys coaching youth hockey, traveling, hunting fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

 Gus Spaulding,


Gus Spaulding is a Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, covering the Rockies region with a focus on North Dakota. He is responsible for developing and managing relationships with affluent clients, addressing their planning, banking, fiduciary, business, charitable, and investment needs. As a Banker, his responsibility is to bring all of the J.P. Morgan resources to his clients, and his overall mission is to provide clients with the peace of mind that comes from having a coordinated approach for meeting complex financial goals and objectives.

Gus joined the J.P. Morgan team based in Denver after spending 3 years in the global headquarters in New York City. He has experience working with many different client types, ranging from executives and business owners to nonprofits. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Gus worked at another financial institution in Boston.

Gus remains involved with the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. In college, Gus was captain of his football team and as a senior was awarded the Frederick G.P. Thorne Award for outstanding leadership as a male student-athlete. His interests include spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, reading, and sports of all kind. He has his Series 7 and 63 licenses. Gus received his Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
