Chapter Director

Loïc currently works as a trade advisor for the Energy sector at the Embassy of France Trade Office, Ubifrance. He covers both Canada and the United States. By conducting business consultancy for French companies, he aims to create synergy between Canadian and French companies.  

For the 2 past years, Loïc has been in charge of heading the official French delegation and creating the French pavilion on one of the main oil & gas exhibitions in the world, the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary.  

His career in energy began as a market analyst for Juwi, the leading European company in renewable energy, exploring the potential of autoconsumption of solar power production by industrial factories.  

Prior to that, Loïc worked in structured financing at CACIB, the world's fifth-largest bank in total assets. Involved in the Export Credit department, he participated in several multi-billion dollar finance projects on the Asian market.  

His alma mater, Audencia School of Business, is where he completed a master’s degree in management before pursuing an MSc at the French Petroleum Institute (IFP).  

Loic is a photography enthusiast and has been exhibited several times in France.  



Tina Wong,
Founding Director

Tina Wong is the Government Affairs Analyst at Enerkem, a Montreal-headquartered company that develops renewable biofuels and chemicals from waste. At Enerkem, Tina is engaged in legislative and regulatory affairs and advocacy regarding fuels policy and solid waste management in Canada, the U.S., and internationally. 

Prior to joining Enerkem, Tina worked at Castalia Strategic Advisors in Washington. At Castalia, her work focused on the regulatory and economic analysis of power and transportation sectors in Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Tina has also worked in the Environment and Energy Section of the Embassy of Canada in Washington, where she covered transboundary air and water issues, and bilateral energy trade topics.  

Tina holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto’s Trinity College in International Relations and Asia-Pacific Studies. She is a member of the U.S. Association of Energy Economics.  



Dominique Keefe,
Founding Director

Dominique is passionate about growing the renewable energy industry. She is currently an associate at Inerjys, where her roles include investor relations and due diligence on clean energy investment opportunities globally. 

Dominique earned a B.A. in biology from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York City, where she completed her thesis on the economic future of algae biofuel. Her past research includes a microbiological study on green roofs in New York, with the goal of reducing the environmental impact of urban areas. Dominique’s experience also includes internships at Columbia University’s Earth Institute and the Cape Eleuthera Institute in Cape Eleuthera, Bahamas, where she worked on multiple sustainability projects. Most recently, she interned at a renewable energy finance firm in New York, conducting market research on multiple renewable power industries.
