Kasey Mayberry, Chapter President

Kasey is an Application Systems Analyst at Chesapeake where she has worked the last 3 years in their E&P Systems group. Her work is focused on managing different projects and analyzing data that helps Chesapeake manage operations more efficiently.

Kasey earned her BBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. She is involved in the OU Cheerleading Alumni group, and is also an active member on the OU MIS Women Alumni Board. Kasey joined the YPE Leadership Team in the summer of 2011.

 


 

Albert Aguilar, Past President & Member of Executive Committee

Albert is an owner and President of DeltaCore Energy, Inc., an oil and gas brokerage based out of Oklahoma City, OK, formed with his two brothers, Adam and Alex, in May of 2012. With over ten years of experience as a landman, Albert has developed an extremely broad knowledge of the industry and is proficient in numerous aspects of Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas Title, along with a vast cognition of contract and real property law.

Receiving his RL certification in January of 2009, Albert later earned his RPL certification in the summer of 2011, and aspires to obtain the accolade of CPL in 2014. Albert is a member of AAPL, OCAPL, TAPL, and YPE Oklahoma City Chapter, holding an active role on the YPE Leadership Team beginning in 2012.

 

 


 

Lindsey Fixley, Past President & Member of Executive Committee

Lindsey serves as a Landman for American Energy Partners. Previously, she worked as an in-house Landman for Devon, Chesapeake and Parker Investment Group. She received her degree in Energy Management and Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. She is a member of OCAPL, AAPL, a Registered Professional Landman (RPL), and a mentor for the William Majors Mentoring Program at OU.

She currently serves on the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen’s Community Affairs committee. Lindsey also serves on the Board of Best Friends of Pets, a local non-profit organization that helps find homes for abandoned animals and whose sole mission is to stop pet overpopulation in Oklahoma City. She became a YPE Member in 2009 and joined the YPE Leadership team in 2010.

 


 

Jordan McGee, Member of Executive Committee

Jordan is Director - Land and Systems for Warwick Energy Group, an Oklahoma City based company specializing in the acquisition and management of non-operated well interests. Prior to joining Warwick, he worked as a Landman for Chesapeake Energy managing Joint Ventures in the Utica and Marcellus Shale gas plays.

Jordan received his degree from OU in 2008 and is an active member of OCAPL and AAPL. He joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2010.

 


 

Chris Cobbs, Chairman of Social & Charity Committee and Member of Executive Committee

Chris works as a Lease Analyst II for American Energy Partners. He currently focuses the majority of his time working in the Utica division maintaining leasehold for numerous counties. Prior to joining American Energy Partners he worked as a Lease Analyst at Continental Resources, SandRidge Energy, and Chesapeake Energy gaining experience in the southern and eastern land divisions. Before entering the E&P industry Chris worked as a Loan Officer for Allegiance Credit Union. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Lease and Title Analysts (OCAPLTA) and is an active member of the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts (NALTA). He became a member of YPE in 2012 and joined the YPE leadership team midyear 2013.

 


 

Natalie Kinmonth, Member of Social & Charity Committee and Member of Executive Committee

Natalie Kinmonth is the Membership and Marketing Coordinator at the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA). Her responsibilities include the recruitment of new association members and overseeing all member activities for the organization. While at the OIPA, Natalie initiated the Future Leaders program in an effort to encourage younger oil and natural gas professionals to join the association. The program offers energy industry professionals 35-years-old and younger a discounted membership rate and invitations to special events. The program is designed to educate younger association members of the OIPA’s advocacy efforts and give them unparalleled access to industry leaders. She is excited about the bright future the Oklahoma oil and natural gas industry has ahead.

Natalie is an active member of the OKC Beautiful MOB, Allied Arts - Catalyst, OKC Museum of Art, the University of Oklahoma President’s Associates, the University of Oklahoma Sooner Club, and an Alumnae Recruitment Advisor for Delta Delta Delta - OU chapter. Natalie graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with emphasis in public relations and a minor in Sociology in 2009. She joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2013.

 


 

Dillon Orr, Chairman of the Golf Tournament Committee

Dillon is currently a Senior Landman at SandRidge Energy, where he has worked in the Oklahoma Mid-Continent group for the past 3 ½ years. He was previously a Landman for Chesapeake Energy, where he started after receiving his degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. He is an active member in the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), a committee chair for the Oklahoma City Association of Profession Landmen (OCAPL), and a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) as well as a mentor in the William Majors Mentoring Program at OU. Dillon became a member of YPE in 2009 and is excited to be joining the leadership team this year.

 


 

Laura Winkler,  Chairman of Membership & Development Committee and Golf Tournament Committee

Laura is a Sr. Regulatory Analyst for American Energy Partners. Previously, she worked at Chesapeake Energy for seven years in the Marcellus Land Department. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007 and graduated with a Master of Science in Energy Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University in 2013. She is actively involved with the Meinders Energy Association and the Junior League of Oklahoma City. She has been a member of YPE since 2010 and joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2013.

 


 

Anastasia Svec,  Member of Membership & Development Committee

Anastasia is a Land Analyst III for Chesapeake Energy where she has worked the last 8 years. She is currently working in the Land Processes group focusing on Marcellus and Utica Joint Ventures. Previously she has worked in the Utica Shale and Barnett Shale plays. Anastasia graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Mass Communication. She is an active member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City and Red Earth Desk and Derrick. She has been a member of YPE since 2011 and joined the Leadership Team in 2014.

 


 

Griffin Santino, Member of Membership & Development Committee

Griffin is a Right of Way coordinator for Blueknight Energy. Her work is focused on supporting the Right of Way department and team. Previously, she worked as a Land Technician for Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where she worked in the Utica Division. Griffin received her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and General Business from the Oklahoma State University in 2010. Griffin is an active member of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association, Junior League of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma State Posse club, and is an Alumnae Advisor for Gamma Phi Beta - Oklahoma State University Beta Psi chapter. She has been a member of YPE since June of 2011 and joined the YPE Leadership Team in January 2014.

 


Natasha Chaudry, Chairman of Speaker Committee

Natasha is a Land Analyst for Chesapeake Energy on the Land Process & Special Projects team. Her work is focused on managing Joint Ventures in the Barnett and Eagle Ford Shale plays. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Natasha served as law clerk for OGE Energy Corp.’s General Counsel participating in regulatory proceedings at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission including the company’s 2013 fuel cost audit and prudence review. She has also clerked for several Oklahoma City area law firms.

Natasha is a native of Oklahoma City and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in English and minor in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review, Energy Law Association, and a Licensed Legal Intern. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, AAPL, and is excited to be joining the YPE Leadership team in 2015.

 


Nick Crouch, Member of Speaker Committee

Nick is an Application Systems Administrator at Chesapeake Energy. He has worked for Chesapeake for 7 years, starting by working with various support groups and then as a technical administrator focusing on remote application delivery and mobility. His recent primary focus has been implementing a Bring Your Own Device program for Chesapeake. He is also the lead College recruiter for IT at Chesapeake.

Nick graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management Information Systems and Business Management. He was heavily involved with JC Penney Leadership Group, Delta Sigma Pi, and Management Information Systems Student Association. Nick is currently on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Oklahoma and volunteers for Cavett Kids Foundation regularly. This is Nick’s first year on the YPE Leadership Team.

 


Cameron Hughes, Treasurer

Cameron is a Regulatory Analyst at American Energy Partners specializing in permitting for American Energy Permian Basin. Previously, he worked as a Regulatory Analyst for Sabco Oil & Gas where he managed onshore and offshore regulatory compliance and EH&S; functions. Additionally, he worked as an Independent Landman for Byrd Land Services from 2011-2012 where he focused on curative title work.

He graduated from TCU’s M.J. Neeley School of Business in 2011 with a BBA in Finance. He minored in Energy & Technology Management as well as Economics. Cameron is a native Houstonian.
