As electric vehicle (EV) adoption grows globally, a new market emerges for used batteries. Because the useful life of an EV battery lasts beyond the car's operating life, batteries from EV’s can be repurposed in "second-life" stationary storage applications, improving the economic value and sustainability impact of the battery systems.
