Origination and Investment Banking Team
•10 highly credentialed professionals with dedicated focus on manager due diligence and sourcing, capital markets origination and product development, investment banking, syndication and deal execution
•Specialty expertise in marketing includes media, brand marketing, national accounts, platform placement, due diligence etc.
Investment Advisory
•Four Wood Capital Advisors, LLC (“FWCA”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Four Wood Capital Partners LLC. FWCA will seek to manage and/or advise on investment strategies for institutions and individual investors across several key core competencies including:
•Closed-End Funds, Open-End Funds, Unit Investment Trusts, Institutional Funds, Structured Transactions
•As of 03/31/2014, FWCA has 10-15 Advisory-Sub Advisory mandates in place with well-known global partners
•FWCA is registered with the SEC as an Investment Advisor and has approximately $194mm in assets under management as of 03/31/2014.
Distribution Resources
•25+ Field Directors with distribution focus segmented across traditional retail intermediary national / regional accounts, as well as small and middle market institutions. Advanced degrees and credentials include MBA, CFA, CIMA and CAIA
•Sales Team averages fifteen years industry experience from leading global asset management and sell-side firms (including BlackRock, Oppenheimer, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Guggenheim, Nuveen)
•Field Directors distribute registered funds through the firm’s Broker-Dealer service provider AST Investor Services and/or other accredited broker-dealer relationships
•Since 2011, FWCP’s Field Directors have as raised more than $3bb in gross sales of registered funds in the major wire house and smaller national channels
