Project Coordinator - Energy Efficiency Team

Are you interested in working in utility energy efficiency programs? Do you have knowledge of energy efficient technologies associated with commercial building systems? Here is a opportunity to learn a new field!

You will be working as part of the highly talented commercial and industrial (C&I) energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. You will have the opportunity to interface with customers and contractors participating in utility sponsored programs in the area and work as part of the Small Business Energy Solutions program, reviewing projects and invoices for accuracy, as well as tracking program metrics, to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures

You will also:

  • Monitor and upload EnergyWise incentive applications and assign for review per program policies and procedures
  • Review EnergyWise for Your Business project application forms and submittals by customers, contractors, engineers/consultants and other program participants in order to ascertain compliance with program policies and procedures
  • Process paperwork for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with or follow up on program quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with two years of work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). An advanced understanding of Excel is a must
  • Utility, energy efficiency or equivalent trade experience a plus
  • Experience working with databases

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast pace environment
