Brin Gibson is an associate in the Firm’s Gaming and Regulatory Law Department. His projectshave included work on the creation of a gaming control system for the country of Vietnam and review of the gaming regulatory structure of another overseas jurisdiction. Brin has also worked as the course coordinator for the Gaming Law & Policy and Federal Gaming Law courses taught at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is assistanteditor of the forthcoming Nevada Gaming Licensing Guidebook, edited by fellow Lionel Sawyer& Collins attorneys Robert Faiss and Mark Clayton.
Prior to joining the firm, Brin externed for Federal District Judge Kent J. Dawson. He also worked as a public policy consultant for a Nevada gubernatorial campaign and for a prominent Nevada real estate development company. He was Special Assistant to The Honorable Oscar B. Goodman, Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, from 2002-2003.
