YPE Fort Worth is pleased to announce our annual Private Equity Forum. Guest Speakers will include Mark A Welsh IV - Managing Director of EnCap Investments, LP and Morris L Hurt - Managing Director of EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
The event will provide visibility into the structure of Private Equity investments and will cover the following:
- Perspective on current market dynamics and how Private Equity invests to create value while mitigating risk
- Current landscape for equity investment in the oil and gas industry and areas where opportunities are most attractive
- Investment philosophies implemented by teams with current and prospective portfolio companies
- Targeted and purposeful growth of portfolio companies through the investment cycle, including: business planning, deployment of capital, risk management and exit strategies.
- Suggestions on avenues members can take to differentiate themselves and/or their companies in the marketplace
