Reports To: Sr. Director, Product Portfolio & Strategy
What you will be doing
Services Product Management enables customers and partners to scale their EV charging operations through the development of support, professional, and financial services.
As Product Portfolio Manager for Services, you will be responsible with the management of services product portfolios so that they can effectively serve customers across our Commercial, Fleet and Residential verticals.
As an integral part of the product team, you will work closely with customers, marketers, sales and business development leaders, experienced product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define the future of networked EV Charging deployment and operation at scale.
In this role, you will
- Lead the management of products in our support, professional, and financial services portfolios.
- Support the translation, and execution, of services product strategy into a transparent, and cross-functionally aligned, roadmap, from definition to launch.
- Be accountable for the development of services for new hardware launches globally.
- Interview customers and partners in the definition of market-leading services products, rooting them in customer experience, while planning for operational scalability.
- Serve as a business partner to cross-functional leaders in Customer Experience & Support, Product Portfolio, Sales, Product Management teams, proactively guiding the prioritization of product initiatives, balancing opportunity and effort.
- Track market trends and competitive offerings, interfacing with customers and sales teams to ensure product direction and capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction objectives.
What you will bring to ChargePoint
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business development, services or operational leadership, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or product management roles.
- Domain experience in delivery of support, financial or professional services a plus.
- Understanding of, or experience with, power electronics a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to synthesize data and represent it clearly and simply for executives, customers, and other stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional team player, apt at managing multiple, diverse stakeholders across verticals, functions, and levels and facilitating alignment.
- Strong Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis and financial modeling skills within a business context.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently and chart direction of projects/programs.
- Ability to travel internationally and support local teams in North America and Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Passionate about ChargePoint and our mission.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $87,500 to $153,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
