What we're looking for

At Blumen, we are building data and automation tools to drastically improve the site feasibility, permit discovery and compliance processes for renewable energy and industrial projects. We are looking for a data-driven, analytical subject matter expert from a natural resources law, landman, or project development background to join our team. Your primary role would be scaling up your knowledge and experience using our AI powered siting and permitting system to drive value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to deploy Blumen in their projects and build out permitting matrices using the Blumen software system
• Help to systematize a robust water, land, geology, transmission, and environmental analysis engine
• Prioritize product features and contribute to product roadmap based on past experience and customer conversations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in natural resources law, energy development, civil engineering, environmental consulting, or as a landman
• Deep understanding of natural resources and development policy and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated interest and experience with data and SaaS products preferred
