Established in 1982, CDI is the foremost leader in pipeline pig detection, signaling, and locating technology. Always focused on creative design and innovative engineering, their in-house manufacturing produces technologically advanced equipment used in the oil and gas industry as well as water treatment and utility service companies. UL/CSA, ATEX and IECEX certified, CDI has pigging equipment appropriate for any area of the world whether it be onshore, offshore or subsea. Awarded by Governor Mary Fallin for Excellence in Exporting in April 2015, CDI’s equipment is used globally by the largest of oil and gas companies.

The CDI Lunch & Learn includes a presentation of the history of pipeline pigging, equipment that is used, and current innovations within the industry. Lunch will be served, followed by a presentation and afterwards, a tour of the facility.  We estimate the total event time will be 1.5 hours.  Attendees will see the state-of-the-art TRAXALL Pig Tracking System, which tracks up to 7 different frequencies simultaneously, and utilizes Bluetooth and high speed GPS capabilities to pinpoint pig location. There are live demonstrations of onshore, offshore and subsea equipment followed by a facility tour. CDI is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and member of the Pigging Products and Services Association.
