Ambassador Ron Kirk joined the Clean and Safe Energy (CASEnergy) Coalition  as a Co-Chairman in January 2014. In his role, Ambassador Kirk advances the Coalition’s message regarding the benefits of nuclear energy, and its importance in our future energy portfolio.

Ambassador Kirk most recently served in the cabinet of President Barack Obama as his U.S. Trade Representative, the President’s principal trade adviser, negotiator, and spokesperson on trade issues. During his tenure as U.S. Trade Representative, Ambassador Kirk oversaw the approval and implementation of free trade agreements (FTAs) between the United States and South Korea, Columbia, and Panama.
